An audit is the initial assessment phase, or rather a “check-up” carried out on the compliance of internal company process with current regulations. When meeting with the Client all information and documentation relevant to the consulting activity is obtained.

Compliance is the correct application of rules, regulations and codes of conduct, across various company activities, aimed at preventing sanctions that would cause economic and reputational damage. In this phase, the activities carried out involve the study and evaluation of the materials acquired in order to identify appropriate regulatory instruments.

The final phase provides for the release of a summary Report which outlines the requested activities and the situation encountered during the on-site inspection and subsequent analysis. The final section of the Report provides an indication of the necessary solutions to be implemented in consideration of the current legal framework.

The process includes information and training sessions with staff, employees and associates, to provide them with continuous updates.
